An image of the planet Mercury, made during theJanuary 2008 flyby of the planet by the Mercury Surface, SpaceEnvironment, Geochemistry and Ranging (MESSENGER) spacecraft is seen inthis image released by NASA July 3, 2008. The image shows thatvolcanoes were involved in plains formation and suggest that itsmagnetic field is actively produced in the planet’s core. MESSENGER will once more whiz over Mercury’s crater-scarred surface next Monday, getting alook at the third of the planet closest to the sun that has never beenseen close-up before.

A Lesson From Each Other.

A Lesson From Each Other.

The Northern wind took the hands of summer and sung,
A song that reflected the feeling summer left,
In the heart and soul of every living being,
In the warmth and the leaving light I looked,
And dipped the quill into my own soul and wrote.

The colors left and the drizzles moved,
The clouds vaporized for sun to show a smiling face,
For many who saw life and the time given materially,
It’s just another day when you came, with warmth all around.

The sun spread his wild wide wings,
And pushed dawn and dusk for more daylight time,
Oh’ the warmth of the sun stood by and watched,
The warmth of love you left in my heart spread.

The light of the sun float around and kissed,
Every corner of your face and reflected into my soul.
The stars in the summer nights danced,
Leaving joy of love of each other in our hearts.

Now the Northern winds sing again and again,
An anthem of love we feel now and forever will feel,
As souls of ours together stands and wave goodbye,
To the warmth, golden twilight and longer days,
As we learned to confine in the love of each other.

The Loser’s Words.

Clips from September 24, 2008, Late Show with David Lettermanwhere he roasts, trashes, attacks, and mocks John McCain have forcanceling appearance and doing an interview with Katie Couric instead.

This is a picture I found in the RussiaToday T.V website.

Summer is over, but there are some more days before I will be fullyfunctional. The air started growing heavier and heavier. So it is thattime of the year when this poet opens his mind. So here we go to thefall and winter, when the trees of imagination of this poet blooms.

The Loser’s Words.

Once upon a time a silly thought in my mind I felt,
And then like a goldsmith that thought I melted,
Then like that precious metal the thought I molded.

Through days and nights, spring and fall,
Summer and winter, wandered and wandered,
Like a blind man in the middle of desert,
The thought melted and molded, again and again.

Drove through dark paths, fought through bad luck,
Time became transparent for that precious wonderful thought,
Beyond the veils of mind when feelings opened mind,
Oh’ reality blown up all the fallen leaves.

Silence loomed all around, though wind with a heavy hand punched,
The burning fires grew stronger, the ever watchful owl moaned,
Venomous serpents passed by with hunger and fear,
Oh’ life without the thought a nightmare become.

Not so far, yet not so near you are,
The brightest eyes I know sprouting the glow,
Of a wonderful soul I know and feel in every breath.
But every step I put forward swept you further and further.

Now no more I can move as too far you are,
And the ways, too cumbersome to crawl,
Though I fell losing all hopes I know,
One day time into your soul will whisper,
The words of love I kept in my mind to tell.

ScatteredRuins, the poem takes its name from the last line. The subject of thepoem is something I thought of not writing for a long long time. But Iwrote. Read the intro of the last poem I posted, you will know what Imean. If still in doubt ask me.

Scattered Ruins

The wind move the sands on the shore,
As slowly picked up a little shovel found,
Dug deep to find wet sand and with it built,
A little castle from impressions in mind,
Impressions left when a dream I saw,
A dream seen bit by bit everyday,
And years of passion filled love it gave,
Oh what a wonderful structure the castle took.

Poured along are the colors, the grassy meadows,
The fields of scent giving blossoms,
All filled around a castle that kept the feelings,
Feeling of a life time of love and love beyond life.

The waves stronger and stronger crashed,
With the wind from the East blowing,
And silence deep in the waves buried,
As the sea to every mind spoke,
None knows what the meaning of every bubble blown,
And none knows the wrath with which she broke,
Every sandcastle built by innocent hearts,
And at them, dead fish and rotten algae she threw,
As if to show her dislikes, from the darkest depths,
Maybe to say a sandcastle was built to break,
As nothing can bind it all together.

As in meditative walks with every ounce of energy tries,
To forget, to forgive oneself and to live in empty shell,
Every time I close my eyes I see,
The scattered ruins of a castle washing away.

A Roller Coaster Week

For many people the week that went by gave nightmares for many others it just took them for a roller coaster ride, then there are those who were no where near the amusement park. I hope you know what I mean. Here are some images that the week left for us to remember in laughs, tears, anger, smiles and disappointment.

Not Yet

The poet never lies during Ramadan. Daytime fasting, nighttime praying, life is going well these days and I have no complaints aboutit at all. Well as I cannot tell a lie or write a lie or look at women in a badway most of my usual entertainments are out. Hehehe… Yes, this one month noentertainments. So I posted some picture blogs. Lot ofpeople viewed it and left, some left comments. Well I did not sleep last night,so, as sleep is consuming my mind, I told myself, I must write, write somethingfrom my life. Something that is real in all its content. Nothing fabricated in the mind based on real events. So I took an event from my own life that happened at about nineand half years back. It took about 18 minutes for me to write this into thecomputer. So let me know if any corrections can be made. Poets who writepoetry, poets who wrote poetry and abandoned it, poets who are thinking ofwriting poetry… come on tell if I am wrong. If I did a great job with a sleepymind…. Then I must be sleepy all the time hehehe

Enjoy.

Not Yet

The morning commutes made life dizzy,
Everyday ate brownies and drank sweet tea,
In the traffic that moved slow and kept us all hostages,
And time took a leap and made one feel,
Watches are running faster than normal.

Late the day started as beautiful dreams made me,
Throw the alarm radio under the bed,
All the time the lazy bones took to dress up and start
On the highway slow moving traffic I expected,
But late I am and none was there to keep me slow.

Put on my favorite songs and upon the pedal I stood,
Sixty I saw in seconds, eighty I saw in minutes,
Never felt the speed as along a song I sang and rocked,
Not knowing what went behind me on that Indiana highway.

On the left most lane I paced and suddenly noticed,
A white car coming in the next lane and getting into lane,
Looked at the mirror and saw a sixteen wheeler closing by,
Microseconds passed as a decision I made.

Take the car out of the road onto the shoulder,
I turned the wheel but the white car was too close,
And to avoid a crash instinct made me brake.

My car to the shoulder turned but never stopped,
Took a turn to the left and turning I saw,
The side of the huge truck passing by,
Lost all control of the car as it turned and turned,
Another pick up truck I saw passing by and I missed,
The fourth turn took me close to another car,
On the rightmost lane but I missed her too,
And out on the right shoulder it reached and my car stopped.

Three times in a matter of seconds I saw death in front,
Breathless I sat in the car for many, many minutes,
Then when I started the car to get back to the road,
Then somewhere in my mind I heard, “Not Yet”

A City of Desolate Mothers

I believe many of you have seen on T.V what is happening in the country of Georgia in Eastern Europe. I have heard the western T.Vs, Radio stations and News Papers saying the Russians are going back to their imperial past. I know a lot of Russians the modern day Russians are really friendly people and I couldn’t believe that they will support any Russian administration to go back to their dark communist/soviet past. As where I live I get almost all channels from Eastern Europe through Dish Antennas, I saw the following program on Russia Today. Watch this carefully and pay very close attention to the details. You can see the other side of the whole conflict. It will clearly tell you why the Russians behaved so aggressively at the Georgians. Keep in mind war is ugly and some part of this following video is graphic in nature. Viewers discretion is advised. If you want to reload the video just reload the page for some reason the controls on the Video is not showing up.
