Words I chose and prayers for every word, I prayed, When weaving the sentences that held my apologies, Like a chanting monk, I repeat my verses to solidify, Words from my heart birthed, wiped clean with tears.
Life may throw tantrums at you in material, and faith, Paths once planned to venture will take you to places, Strange and unknown and even in them you may find, People and events that make you glad and smile,
Oh’, in one of those moments when happiness in charity given, Find a thought, find a glance or find a scent to a past, Where I held my hope in affections and weaved dreams, Ah’, find that moment as a path to give me forgiveness.
Far away at that moment, in a tough and rough life, I will be, But the pulse of that heart every moment I will feel, And kneel I will in prayers of eternal gratitude, As thank filled heart will find ways to smile and laugh.
When thinking about the pulses of yours I feel, Ah’, those are not dreams as many of those are images, Images I love to keep in my heart where you give me love, And forever in that love, I will love you again and again.
Oh’, buried seeds of the past year’s beautiful fall, Have known nights and day like all others The ones around them wandered unknowingly, In the shivers of winter and showers of spring.
Every day she walked by alone and smileless, Through the path and the scent of her skin, Gave a touch of hope to the buried seeds, And the dried out branches ravaged by nature.
Showers of fall they blended with dirt so well, And the shells of seeds cracked and sprouted, The wonderful world in awe and muse welcomed, Leave and flowers of the forgotten seeds of fall.
Then came the silent walker saddened by some loss, Alone, empty-handed she came step by step walked, The flowers and leaves swayed not in the western breeze, When the scent of her skin they felt and brightened more.
Consumed in her thoughts with her lost love, Her energy seems to flow from her heart but unreturned, But she paused at the still-standing flowers and looked, Then she touched them with the tip of her finger and smiled.
Three flowers she touched and took her smile away and left, As if she remembered that gladness is a prohibited feeling, For the lost lover in the season of love and honey filled flowers, Astonished by her beauty and curious by her sadness, flowers stood.
Days went by, time took its toll on the flowers, as they prepared to fall, That day she came in her lonely walk, eyes with sadness filled, And the magpie on the ledge sang about the walking beauty, Her love-filled energies joined the mists of a gone by spring.
Winds stayed still and the sun brightened bigger, Summer warmed skin and flesh but heart and soul failed, To find warmth in the loveless world and darkening dreams, Her eyes scattered the summer rays where love find new-laid ways,
The flowers felt another touch and a smirk that gave them love, Why none held those soft hands? Curiosity filled the air, The wind whipped up and came to soothe her skin, As beside the three flowers she loved she sat.
Then her heart those flowers wonderfully felt, A heart once loved and with love of all filled, Soft like her fingers her heart beat musically, Every beat spoke the message of a quartet of verse.
“The worldly charms of life filled into romantic feelings, As darkness from even night stayed away in shyness, Sweetness in words, the youthful looks of a man, Ah’, filled the eyes and heart of my love but truth evaded.”
The first flower fell dead after hearing a heartbeat.
“Far he stayed as further he felt in my likes of the world, His love, sure through the language of hearts conveyed, The crooked world masqueraded my heart and soul, And his verses fell in deaf ears and ached his lonely heart.”.
The second flower fell dead after hearing another heartbeat.
“My ways were lost, masquerades of the world burned and fell, Then in my heart, his love for me so wonderfully felt, And to him I reached and no sign of him I found, I will always feel the pain he felt when through seasons I walk.”.
The third flower fell dead after hearing her last heartbeat.
Drops of rain upon the barn fell, Oh’, the blessing showers gave rhythm to peace. Then from far thunders breaking peace roared, And to the rain, I asked, “Can you wash away my sadness?”.
Rain cleared, thunders gone far but still well heard, A new tune they learned from the rain, little birds tried, Kissing and hopping from branch to branch they sang, And to them, I asked, “Can you whistle away my sadness?”.
Birds looking for another pasture flew and daylight faded, Early night stars woke up yawning and like a kitten blinked, Somewhere someone finds their blessed luck in them, And to them, I asked, “Can you outshine to hide my sadness?”.
Stars behind the clouds hid and even minds darkness filled, Sleep left when night readied the day to shine bright, As nothing I spoke to spoke, silence tried a new lullaby, The leaving darkness felt like a monster who failed to scare.
I closed my eyes and a beam of light towards my eyes came, Felt like seeing light after a long trek through some tunnel, Then an image of your smiling face I saw through that light, Oh’, my sadness left, leaving more love for you in my heart.
What wonderful childhood days she lived, Looking through every detail of every event, One upon the other hopes and dreams she laid, The first piece of the puzzle none can solve she made.
Questioned every motive of everyone around her, The wild world, the wonder-filled world, ah’, taught, Brutality of realities where she felt like playing ball, Ah’, another set of puzzle pieces she made.
Every bit of energy she sprouted, Oh’, wondered minds, Self-imposed her heart into a prison of chaos and confusion, Then she let others use her brain, lies, and gossips grew, Oh’, they gave her another set of pieces of her puzzle.
When mind became the prison of her love, ah’, she stunned, Hopes and dreams she searched clouded by the energy blocked, Her pleasantness to newness but all ended in nothingness, They weaved a web for her to connect her puzzle pieces.
Happiness she sought made her run between horizons, Those puzzled energies ah’, the ones she blocked, Led her to a tunnel where no light she can find, Then the puzzle she finished that shown her my face.
The only light she can find came through my smile.
With dried out barks trees like in meditation stood, For the winds to come to make them chant and dance, Countless leaves waiting in silence to be tickled, And the sky without the cloak of clouds bare-naked spread.
Smileless, lonely faces through the still scenery moved, They are an anomaly to the organized world, But among trees and nature, a touch of warmth welcomed, Like the hands of a mother held those lost souls close.
Those minds in love touched and Ah’, when rejected, Like those in meditations stood and then wandered, Countless dreams like the leaves of fall fell, The elements of time may heal a sleeping tree,
Every part of the body united in pain and eager to be healed, Oh’, the wound in the unknown they know not where the soul is Those rejected lovers always carry an unhealable wound, The ones who rejected know not the value of truth.
The world know in experience but not to say in words, True love cannot be replaced with any other’s love, For the truth of love comes in the faith of the soul, And love is part of faith humanity through senses feel.
Happiness then is a blown bubble in the sea of sadness, Where forever those lovers weave patches for a broken heart.
The weight of darkness through time, the night carried, Along with the secrets of many, light shall never see, In the approach of light, scared minds found relief, As the bridge between reality and fantasy; a thin line of hair.
As for the loving minds, Oh’, not even hair can stand, Culture, age, looks, status, Oh’, everything vapored, Between the well-brewed love, ah’, the very experience I felt, When verses composed metaphored with newborn stars,
And took a bit of glow from your gladness-filled face, And mixed with the dyes which blended the ink that shined, To show the love in my heart for you in lines and between lines, Oh’, not even a million lines of verse composed can say,
In completion the love of mine to you as faster my heart beats, For me to write the pulses in words, as new meanings defined, Ah’, some in happy tears dipped, some in aches of love, Maybe you can feel it all when a kiss from my lips you steal.
Echoes of a memory lingered to be heard, In the long night left sleep into those eyes, Of an aching heart searching for the freshness, Of the decaying life in fear and anxiety grows.
Fear that only shown darkness and dripping silence, And the air through cold and heat in my attic danced, Upon the planks breaking the silence in my home, Even those sounds instilled a creepy monotony.
Energy has outgrown emotions to give a feeling of her, When with eyes closed in my mind’s eyes I saw, The smiling face, the sitting posture from her dreaming mind, Ah’, how fascinating mind became, oblivious to reality.
Oh’, the waiting reality empty-handed approached, And once more I refused the inevitable establishment, Of sadness in a heart through time very well learned, To drink the sour juice of passions and live a half-empty life.
The nightly rains have left and to the branches some drops held, Morning lazily sat all over the horizon, so beauty stayed hidden, And thinking about her I sang “Wake up the morning and sing, A summer lullaby in the rhythm of the fallen rain, Guiding a day, In wonders to flourish and establish the blessings of Almighty.
And to those dreams that connected our hearts when asleep, Tell them to walk with you to bring life and light to the morning, A morning when Angels of night, falling asleep in prayers, For a wonderful morning and warmth filled day to spread, For you and all living who feel you in one of their senses.
As from far my known and unknown senses I sharpen, Oh’, I remember the day, and days that followed when we parted, Parted like a forking stream in the dense of woods and we faded, Our glory deep within ourself like twinkling stars we felt, And wilderness in the souls of us, like the jungle, streams saw grew.
Still the orb of light we felt in souls oblivious to each other. Love for the one who loves as sacred and fantastic ritual, And for the onlooker a glorified mistake that repeats, Ah’, as hearts of each other we hurt in anger and sadness, And above all fear in becoming an island in the sea of humanity.
From all around air drowned and breathless I stood, The echo of a reality stunned the soul and senses, “You are right and I am wrong” what words of apologies I can say, When the heart aches, when every breath I tried to take, Oh’, for the hurting, the only healing, is the love for me in your heart.
Grow in my mine O’ pleasantness, And with the dreams I see flourish, For in every dream a message through you I give, To my darling who in every bit synonym with you.
Falter not, Oh’, sadness in my mind, For the loses outnumbered my success, The living reasons found no place, In time and space for me to succeed.
Stay not in silence Oh’, my success, For the days have come for you to rise, And erase all aches of past that helped me grow, And love her even when she said “No”.
Days were dark and nights were darker, In the time that followed my falling, But darker and darker mind plunged to refrain, From love of all kinds as nothing else I sensed with love.
Out me and from all around me life just drained, And nothing I sensed without a feeling of love for her, Sadness became a companion that joked with me, Happiness became the elusive bird who forgot to sing.
With my love for her bit by bit from me I erased, The darkness that consumed my dreams and left, Sadness and emptiness without feeling the touch of her, Oh’, then realized I my love filled with a power unknown.
That unknown power came from every smile she smiled, Far away from me not knowing the power unknown she felt, Are from the pleasantness I felt in my thoughts and dreams, Where nothing else with my senses I feel and fill but her.
Thunders screamed out loud and all-around fell, None of them scared my fighting soul, The deceptions of the mocking world ah’, drowned, Along with the fallen thunders and lightning bolts.
This is my fight for the love of my life, This is my love within my life embedded, And that love has only her face who cares, Through her games and color filled smiling face.
This is a fight for which outcome I alone cannot decide, The battle of emotions from far, tearing souls in pathos, And echos of fears of a shadow unseen always follows, This is a fight never will I abandon as unforgiven I will be.
Unforgiven by the God who made me from dust, Unforgiven by the parents who bear witness to my birth, Unforgiven by the time given to me to live love filled, Unforgiven by you who loves me beyond all knowledge.
May all hopes of yours dry our sadness to dust, And strengthen our souls and hearts to gather, Life step by step we learned as two unknown souls, Now stand to unite through each other’s senses learned.
